Gold and Silver Metallic Vinyl Domed Badges & Labels
Gold and silver metallic content vinyl print remains a highly specialised service placing DecTek as one the leading exponents of this method of manufacturing.
Stunning effects are attained by utilising hi-gloss vinyls through Digital Thermal Transfer and hi-end Ink-Jet Digital print which in turn produces a choice of vibrant colouring/textures or 1440 x 1440 dpi print quality.
As with all of DecTek`s printing techniques, any shape or size can be produced without having to employ cutters or tooling making it a very cost effective method of producing resin badges and decals to match metallic surfaces.
Astral Silver Metallic
Domed Astral Silver Metallic Badges & Labels are produced using a Matt Silver type finish which can be printed on using our high-end ink-jet printers, this means that we can attain incredible colour registration utilising four colour process digital print.
The results can be quite dramatic and offer a popular alternative to our Mirror Silver range of products.
Mirror Silver Metallic
Our classic Mirror Silver Metallic range is a firm favourite for many industries and applications used the world over by many of DecTek`s customers.
The results are achieved by combining Mirror Silver materials with Thermal Transfer print techniques which produce vibrant hi-gloss colouring and an a eye-catching effect.
Mirror Gold Metallic
The Metallic Gold effect is about as classy as it`s gets and is acheived by using premium quality bright gold foils.
Elegant and highly visual, domed badges manufactured by this method portray a high perceived sense of value to the onlooker.

Multi- Colour Printing onto Metallics
Depending on the type of metallic effect required, multi-colour printing can be produced by one of two methods across three different finishes:
- Astral Silver - 1440 x 1440 dpi Ink-jet print using four colour processing.
- Gold & Mirror Silver - Spot colour print up to 600 dpi.
- Brushed Silver Alluminium - Spot colour print up to 600 dpi.
Metallic Silver on Clear Vinyl Print
Printing on to clear vinyls provides a far more cost effective option to achieve the `floating text` effect than Domed Resin Scripting.
By using this method, letters or images appear to float on the colour of the object being attached to as it appears through the clear vinyl.
