Dave Beese
Business Development
Dave joined DecTek in 2004 as the man charged with realising the `sleeping giant` potential of the company. From an earlier career in engineering, Dave progressed through the ranks of production control, retail and wholesale management through to marketing and draws on great experience in the trophy, promotional and sports industries.
His aims and directives concentrate on establishing DecTek as a market leader throughout Europe.

Chris Betts
Sales Manager
DecTek welcomed Chris aboard in 2009. He is responsible for all sales enquiries and draws on great exprerience in both sales and customer care both in the UK and mainland Europe.

Lance Timothy
Production Manager
Lance is the focal point for all matters concerned with production control. His long experience within the Print, Promotional, Awards and Trophy industries ensure that the ever-growing order books are fulfilled on time

Craig Harris
Technical Manager
Craig`s role relates to all the technical issues surrounding the printing and resin doming of badges and labels. As a co-founder of DecTek, Craig, like Mike, draws on a Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Design background and acts as the contact point for product development.

Steve Wassell
Head of Design
Steve is one of DecTek`s newest recruits and brings a huge amount of experience and expertise to the design capabilities of the company. Familiar with all major software packages including 3D Modelling, Steve provides a vital role within the company working with both the production and marketing departments.

Sales Accounts
DecTek welcomed Terri on board in 2004 and she is responsible for all Sales Ledger payments and enquiries.
