How do I go about placing an order for name badges?

Question Two
I have no electronic artwork, can I still place an order?
Answer
Yes, you can still place a name badge order providing you send us artwork in hard format (letter headings, business cards etc) and providing you can supply us with:
- Font names where required
- Pantone colour references
This will be possible for `Spot colours` (no fades, tints or toning) only as we cannot draw full colour artwork from scratch. We have a fully qualified and equiped design studio which specializes in graphic re-production but not conceptual design.

Question Four
How do we supply the variable text needed for printing muliple names etc?
Answer
We require all text supplied within a templated spreadsheet format that we will send you, this will both save administration time and diminish the chance of errors. Please contact our Sales Team for more details.

Question Five
How do I pay?
Answer
For those customers without a credit account, the process is quite simple. Once we have put the job into production, our accounts department will email a Proforma invoice to either the email address of the person who has placed the name badge order or a another specified address.
The onus will then be on the customer to contact us for payment by credit card, BACS or cheque before the order is despatched, production will not be held up while this process is in operation. However, in the case of cheque payments, we reserve the right to clear cheques through the banking system before orders can be despatched.

Question Six
Can you supply a Metallic Silver or Gold as part of the design?
Answer
Yes, we can supply Metallic Gold and Silver as part of the design, please revert to our `Metallic Name Badges` page for further information.

Question Seven
What is the smallest number of name badges you can supply?
Answer
You can order just one badge, but there is a minimum order charge of £15 to cover the cost of setting our machines in motion. There will be an additional set-up charge for the first order using a specific design but not on any subsequent orders using the same design.

Question Eight
Do you charge extra for using additional colours?
Answer
The answer is simple - No! Our prices include any number of colours or if the design includes a Metallic colour; we will need to verify that a design can be produced using a specific print method.

Question Nine
Do you supply a finished name badge sample prior to starting an order?
Answer
In most cases, providing the artwork is supplied in the correct format, sampling will be uneccessary although a PDF proof will be emailed prior to production. However, for large quantities or if we feel that a pre-production sample is appropriate, a sample will be produced and sent prior to commencement of an order.
