Low & Medium to High Volume Runs
The use of high-end Digital `Print & Cut` technology makes the manufacture of Vinyl Labels, Vinyl Graphics & Vinyl Stickers very economical, especially for small to medium volume size orders with high volume orders being handled with ease.
With no cutters, tooling or screens needed, preparation is kept to an absolute minimum with no unnecessary added costs.

The materials carry a life-span guarantee of 5-7 and 7-10 years dependent on specification/requirement. Together with a choice of adhesive strengths, there are a number of combinations available which make every of one our Vinyl Labels, Vinyl Graphics & Vinyl Stickers fit for purpose.
All materials used by DecTek are RHOS Compliant.
Water/Liquid Resistant
With longevity high on the list of requirements for products used an on an industrial level, all our vinyl products are both Weatherproof and Heat Resistant with adhesives that are ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
Shapes & Sizes
Print size can generally be up to 1.5m x 10m long which can be profiled to any shape, subject to sight of artwork. For smaller labels, LCD holes can also be incorporated as part of the design at no extra cost, as can profiled holes for larger Vinyl Graphics.
Lamination
For more sensitive requirements, a laminated surface can be applied to give extra protection to the print area. The laminate is available in both Matt and Gloss finishes depending on preference with cut sizing up to 1.6m x 10m wide possible.
Bar Coding & Sequential Numbering
Using the very latest software, DecTek are able to print complicated Bar Coding, Sequential Numbering and Random Numbered sequences using four colour process and thermal transfer techniques, even on small print runs.
Photo images can be inserted as part of individual designs, even on small labels with a print quality of 1440 x 1440 dpi.
Colour Matching
Our print and design capability allows us to colour match using any of the following colour variations:

- Pantone
- BS4800
- RAL
