DecTek MD - Mike Beese

Mike, the founder of DecTek remains very much the driving force behind the company steering it from it`s modest beginnings to it`s present position as one of the UK`s major suppliers of resin domed badges and domed labels.  With a background in mechanical engineering and graphic design, Mike`s business philosophy have always centred around the needs of the customer and all employees are instilled with the same work ethos.

Mike maintains a very `hands on` approach to his leadership to ensure that DecTek never strays from the principles on which the company was formed.  He lives at the foot of the Rhondda Valley and `relaxes` with his wife and four children.  After retiring from playing rugby, he keeps fit by spending an hour a day in the gym which he has been doing for over 25 years.  His loves nothing better than to spend time taking piano lessons and playing on his beloved baby-grand piano.
