Resin Domed Badges & Domed Labels/Stickers
Resin Domed Badges and Domed Labels/Stickers are names used to describe the same product as are Gel Labels, 3D Resin Badges, Domes, Bubble Badges, Polydomes and Crystal Badges, descriptions widely used depending on the industry or application. The same process is also used to produce domed name badges.
Metallic Effect
DecTek offers several highly developed services to industry including the Metallic Effect doming process using metallic content vinyls and high gloss foils which produces a stunning gold or silver finish when coated with the domed resin.
Sequential Numbering
Using the latest software, DecTek can produce Resin Domed Badges & Labels incorporating sequentially numbered sequences also known as serialised numbering. The numerical numbering enables otherwise lifeless labels to become an aesthetic part of the finished product.
3D Resin Scripting
3D Resin Scripting is the latest innovation to the resin badge manufacturing process. State-of-the-art computer controlled resin application equipment employing X,Y,Z, axis movement, allows full doming of text or script which is used extensively in the Automotive and Point-of-Sale industries.
