A persistant problem within the print industry is the time taken to produce a quotation which is hardly surprising considering all the variables that have to be taken into consideration.
DecTek`s answer to this problem is `QQSS` - Quick Quotation Software System - which enables us to provide an accurate cost over the telephone backed by an email or fax if required.
In order to provide precise quotations, several factors need to be taken into consideration:
- Quantity
- Dimensions
- Shape
- Product application and environment
- Full Colour or Spot (no tints, tones or fades)
- Use of Metallic Effect
Important: All quotations are subject to sight of artwork/design and telephone quotations are to be used as a guide until this becomes the case.
Samples can then be produced within 48 hours of received artwork and subsequent production completed within 7-10 working days depending on actual quantity.
Unfortunately, not all quotations can be managed by QQSS so we may need time to assess all the variables before giving an accurate price.
