Do the prices include a printed graphic?

We have devised the product pages so that they clearly explain whether or not a printed graphic is included in the price. For products where there is a choice, you will be able to choose from drop-down boxes as to which option you would prefer.

How long does it take to despatch an order?

This generally depends on the quantities and nature of the product as some items are made-to-order. All products show clearly the number of days it normally takes to despatch the job fully printed but itís always a good idea to call our Sales Team to discuss any special requirements or services.

Can I get my order any quicker that the advertised lead times?

In most cases Ė yes, but it will always come back to the quantity, nature of product and of course - our production workflow availability.

Are there discounts for larger orders?

Our prices are shown with regards to a capped quantity which means that we will always look at prices for larger quantities to see if we can trim them any further.

Do the prices include delivery?

Prices are marked clearly without VAT and carriage as these are factors which are taken into consideration at the checkout stage when you have confirmed your order, you be able to see a complete breakdown of what your order will cost at this stage.

What guarantees to your products have?

If applicable, every product description shows what type of guarantee that particular product carries which applies to the hardware only. Providing that our artwork instructions are adhered to, there should be no problems but we will always replace any orders that are defective or produced wrongly.

How do I know if the product is the right one for me?

As a customer, we hope that you will return to DecTek for many future orders so we think itís paramount for you to get the right product for the right job at the right price. Every product is covered by an ĎOptions & Featuresí table which drills down in to all the features that surround that particular model as well as outlining any options that may be available. If youíre still not sure, our Sales Team will be only too happy to take you through the various options available over the telephone.

In what formats do I send the artworks?

The secret to any good graphic print is the standard of artwork, if itís bad, not even the latest print technology will rescue it so it always pays to adhere closely to the required digital print preparation protocols. Take a look at our ĎInfo for Designersí page which explains exactly how we need your artwork to be presented to us, if it doesnít make a lot of sense to you then please ask our Sales Team for clarification.

I donít have any artwork, can you do it for me?

If you donít have any artwork, then donít worry, we charge a very reasonable £50 an hour to design something for you; send us any logos, ideas, straplines, slogans etc and weíll get our designers on the case for you.

Do you offer timed courier services?

Yes we do depending on where you need the goods to be delivered. Speak to our Sales Team who can update you as to what services are available in which particular areas of Great Britain and overseas.
