The Process
A resin label stands or falls by the design. Keep the important stuff away from the edges. Avoid printed borders as these can get lost on the edge of the dome. Also, avoid points and sharp edges, the resin doesn’t like that it prefers radius corners.
The liquid resin is then applied to the label, and it flows to find the edges. Once it has spread to the edge of the design it stops and is held in place by surface tension.
Slowly the resin cures and forms a tough, UV-resistant coating. Our formulation ensures the resin does not discolour over time and looks good for its lifetime.
